Welcome to PetSpoiler. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website www.petspoiler.ae and all services provided by PetSpoiler, including mobile pet grooming, in-store grooming salon services, and online pet shop purchases.

By accessing our website, booking a service, or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Definitions

• “PetSpoiler,” “we,” “us,” “our” refers to PetSpoiler, located at Shop No. 24, 53rd St, Mirdif, Dubai, UAE.
• “Customer,” “you,” “your” refers to any individual or entity using our website or services.
• “Services” refers to all grooming services (mobile and in-store), pet care services, and product sales offered by PetSpoiler.
• “Products” refers to all pet food, accessories, toys, and other items available for purchase through our website or store.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use our website, book services, or make purchases.
• By using our services, you represent that you are the legal owner or authorized caretaker of the pet(s) for which services are requested.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when booking services or placing orders.

3. Grooming Services

3.1 Service Availability

PetSpoiler offers grooming services for dogs, cats, birds, and rabbits, both at our in-store salon in Mirdif, Dubai, and through our mobile grooming service. Services are available all days from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM, subject to availability.

3.2 Booking and Appointments

• Appointments can be booked through our website, by phone (+971 55 944 1555), via WhatsApp, or through our online booking platform.
• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by PetSpoiler.
• You agree to provide accurate information about your pet, including breed, size, temperament, and any health conditions or allergies.

3.3 Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
• No-shows without prior notice may be charged the full service amount.
• PetSpoiler reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case you will be notified promptly and offered an alternative time at no additional cost.

3.4 Mobile Grooming Services

• For mobile grooming, you must provide a safe and accessible location for our grooming van to park and operate.
• You or an authorized adult must be present at the location during the service.
• You are responsible for ensuring your pet is available and ready at the scheduled time.
• Additional charges may apply for locations outside our standard service area.

3.5 Pet Health and Safety

• PetSpoiler reserves the right to refuse service to any pet that poses a safety risk to our groomers or other animals.
• If our groomer discovers any health concerns (such as skin conditions, parasites, lumps, or injuries) during the grooming session, we will notify you. We are not veterinarians and do not provide medical diagnoses or treatments.
• Pets must be up to date on vaccinations. We may request proof of vaccination before providing services.
• In the event of a medical emergency during grooming, we will make every reasonable effort to contact you and, if necessary, transport your pet to the nearest veterinary clinic. You will be responsible for all veterinary costs incurred.

3.6 Grooming Results

• Grooming outcomes depend on the condition of your pet’s coat, skin, and behavior during the session. We will make every effort to achieve the desired style, but results may vary.
• Severely matted coats may require shaving for the pet’s comfort and safety. Our groomer will consult with you before proceeding.
• Minor nicks or scratches can occasionally occur during grooming, particularly with pets that are anxious or uncooperative. PetSpoiler takes every precaution to minimize such incidents.

4. Online Shop and Product Purchases

4.1 Product Information

• We make every effort to display products accurately on our website, including descriptions, images, and prices. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, or other content are error-free.
• Product availability is subject to change without notice.
• Prices are listed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

4.2 Orders

• Placing an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inability to verify payment.
• You will receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order until the products are dispatched.

4.3 Pricing and Payment

• All prices are in AED and may be subject to change without prior notice.
• Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase or service.
• We accept payment methods as displayed at checkout. All payments are processed through secure, third-party payment gateways.
• PetSpoiler does not store your complete credit/debit card information on our servers.

4.4 Delivery

• Delivery is available within Dubai and other areas of the UAE as specified during checkout.
• Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.
• You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. PetSpoiler is not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.
• Delivery charges, if applicable, will be displayed before you complete your order.

4.5 Returns and Refunds

• Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
• Incorrect Products: If you receive a product different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange for the correct product to be delivered or issue a refund.
• Change of Mind: Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
• Non-Returnable Items: Pet food (opened), perishable items, personalized products, and hygiene-related items (once opened) cannot be returned.
• Grooming Services: Due to the nature of grooming services, refunds are not available once the service has been performed. If you are unsatisfied with the grooming result, please contact us within 24 hours and we will work to address your concerns.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.

5. Pricing for Grooming Services

• Grooming prices may vary based on pet breed, size, coat condition, and the specific services requested.
• A price estimate will be provided at the time of booking. The final price may differ if additional services are needed or if the pet’s condition requires extra work (e.g., severe matting, flea treatment).
• Any changes to the estimated price will be communicated to you before proceeding.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content on the PetSpoiler website, including text, images, graphics, logos, icons, and software, is the property of PetSpoiler and is protected by UAE and international intellectual property laws.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any content on our website without prior written consent from PetSpoiler.
• The PetSpoiler name, logo, and branding are trademarks of PetSpoiler and may not be used without authorization.

7. User Conduct

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information.
• Use the website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of UAE laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website, systems, or networks.
• Interfere with or disrupt the website’s functionality.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code.
• Scrape, copy, or harvest any data from our website without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

• PetSpoiler provides services and products on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
• To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, PetSpoiler shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services.
• Our total liability for any claim related to our services or products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim.
• PetSpoiler is not liable for any adverse reactions your pet may have to grooming products, provided standard professional-grade products were used.
• We are not liable for delays, failures, or interruptions in service caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or technical failures.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PetSpoiler, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms.
• Your misuse of our website or services.
• Your failure to disclose relevant information about your pet’s health or behavior.
• Any injury caused by your pet to our staff or equipment.

10. Third-Party Services

Our website may contain links to or integrations with third-party services, including:

• MoeGo (booking platform)
• Social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
• Payment gateways

These third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. PetSpoiler is not responsible for the content, practices, or availability of third-party services.

11. Reviews and Feedback

• By submitting a review or feedback about our services, you grant PetSpoiler a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and share your review for marketing and promotional purposes.
• Reviews must be honest, accurate, and based on genuine experience with our services.
• PetSpoiler reserves the right to remove reviews that contain offensive language, false information, or violate these Terms.

12. Privacy

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.

• If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

Your continued use of our website or services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PetSpoiler regarding the use of our website and services, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
